In Substrate, you grow a mushroom colony from a single spore.

• Expand your network of hyphae to explore the soil and absorb nutrients.
• Nutrients flow by diffusion.  Make sure you keep the colony well-fed!
• Form symbioses to exchange resources with plants.
• When the conditions are right, grow a mushroom to spread spores and start the cycle anew!

Made in 2 weeks for the ManiFest VR Jam.

Controls

• Grip(s): Adjust the view.
• Face Button: Toggle the building menu.
• Trigger: Inspect tiles, interact with buildings.
